We are working with a prestigious international law firm in Bangkok that is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Corporate Lawyer (5–10 PQE). The successful candidate will join a highly regarded corporate practice with broad expertise across M&A, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and venture capital, and will play a key role in complex transactional work.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and takeovers, with a particular focus on transactions involving financial institutions.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Support clients in navigating complex legal and commercial challenges with practical, business‑oriented solutions.
Requirements
Qualified to practice law in Thailand.
5–10 years PQE in corporate law, with strong experience in M&A and joint ventures.
Background from a reputable international or leading local law firm.
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
